Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges If you decide to exchange your item(s), we’ll pay for the return shipping (free return/exchange shipping within the U.S) and issue a store credit once received into our warehouse. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return-shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
Refunds If you decide you need a refund, we'll pay for the return shipping (free return/exchange shipping within the U.S.), and issue a refund for the full amount of the item's purchase price. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know additional refund-related details. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 45 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on gift cards, only items purchased with the gift cards.
